Military & Veteran relocation

A military Realtor in Jacksonville, FL who has worn the uniform.

I currently serve in the United States Coast Guard Reserves, and I'm a former firefighter and paramedic. With the Military Veteran Team at LPT Realty, I help active-duty families, reservists and veterans buy, sell and relocate across Jacksonville & surrounding counties — on your orders' timeline.

Why it matters

PCS moves don't wait for the perfect house.

I know what a report date means, what BAH covers, and why "we'll figure it out later" doesn't work when you're moving a family across the country.

No. 1 military team in Florida

The Military Veteran Team at LPT Realty is ranked No. 1 out of 10 and has been a leading real estate team in Florida for years.

Veteran-led, MRP certified

Military Relocation Professional certified agents who understand orders, PCS timelines and VA loans firsthand.

Statewide reach

Agents across Florida — from Jacksonville to Pensacola, Orlando, Tampa and beyond — so a move within the state is one handoff, not a new search.

Kept informed every step

Transparency and integrity: you'll hear from me at every stage, from the first showing to the closing table.

Where to live

Neighborhoods near Jacksonville's bases.

Westside and Orange Park, Fleming Island and Oakleaf in Clay County are common picks for a short commute.

Many families live on the Florida side in Yulee and Fernandina Beach in Nassau County.

Blount Island & Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville

Northside and Arlington put you close to the river and the port.

Camp Blanding

Clay County — Middleburg, Fleming Island and Green Cove Springs — for Guard and Reserve members.

Buying with a VA loan

Your PCS home purchase, in five steps.

01

Call me when you get orders

Even before you have a report date. We'll talk timeline, your BAH, which base you're reporting to, and whether buying or renting makes more sense for the length of your tour.

02

Get VA pre-approval

I'll connect you with lenders who close VA loans every week. You'll know your real monthly payment — with Florida taxes and insurance — before we look at anything.

03

Tour from anywhere

Live video walkthroughs and honest notes on commute, flood zone, roof age and the neighborhood, so you can narrow it down before your house-hunting leave.

04

Write an offer that fits your report date

Closing dates, VA appraisal and inspection timelines lined up with your move — not the other way around.

05

Close, even remotely

Florida allows remote online notarization, so you can often sign from your current duty station.

Common questions

What military families ask me most.

Can I buy with no money down?

Eligible service members and veterans can buy with $0 down on a VA loan, with no private mortgage insurance. You'll still have some closing costs, and sellers can be asked to help with them.

What if I get orders again?

Many military families keep the home and rent it out. We'll look at that possibility before you buy, so the house still works as a rental if you PCS again.

I'm leaving Jacksonville — can you sell my home?

Yes. I list homes for military families who are moving out, including when you've already left. We can handle the showings, the photos and the paperwork while you're gone.

Do disabled veterans get a break on taxes?

Florida offers property tax exemptions for qualifying veterans with a service-connected disability, and the VA funding fee is waived for many disabled veterans. Your lender and the county property appraiser can confirm exactly what you qualify for.
